Online Ordering Information
Orders may be placed online through the FeatherBrite shopping cart. Detailed product information may be found by browsing the catalog. If you need to make a Custom Size request, your order must be placed via phone or fax. Please see the contact page for our phone and fax numbers. All Bulk Sales inquiries should be directed to bulksales@featherbrite.com. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover and transactions are processed online through a secure Authorize.Net server. A credit card will be billed by Langhorne Metal Spinning, Inc. FeatherBrite is a sub-division of Langhorne Metal Spinning, Inc.

If you are uncomfortable processing your order online, we certainly understand and will accept your order via fax. Our fax number is 215.497.8879 . We ship via UPS and the quote you are given for shipping fees is a result of a real-time interaction with the UPS online shipping system and is accurate to the most up-to-date pricing with UPS. We now ship to Canada. Please specify that you are shipping to Canada by selecting the "UPS Ground (Canada)" option at check out.

Returning Products
All returns have to be made within 30 days of original purchase and be returned in the original packaging for resale. When returning items, items must arrive undamaged. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure the package contents. A restocking fee of 20% is charged on all returns and credit will be given when merchandise is received undamaged. If merchandise is not returned in the original packaging, damage will occur to the products.

Warranty Claims
We must receive all warranted products and or parts shipped prepaid by the customer. Any structural damage to components of any kind voids any and all warranties. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure the package contents. If merchandise is not returned in the original packaging damage will occur to the products. Our warranty covers any defects with exception to structural damage and use of the product for any purpose other than its intended use.

Warranty Terms
FeatherBrite, Inc. warrants the products to be free of defects and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
