Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We DO ship overseas, please call our office for shipping rates. Please allow 3 days for shipment of lights. Light bulbs are usually shipped the next day. Playgyms, toys and cages are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 1 week for toys and playgyms, 3 days for cages.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
All returns have had to be made within 30 days of original purchase and be returned in the original packaging. When returning items, items must arrive undamaged. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to insure the package contents. Credit will be given when merchandise is received undamaged. If merchandise is not returned in the original packaging, damage will occur to the products. Shipping fees are not refunded.
